摘　　要：杂物电梯的应用越来越广,但是剪切、坠落事故却仍有发生,门锁装置作为门区最重要的安全保护装置,一直是检验中的重点和难点.本文将结合特种设备安全技术规范要求,介绍常见的杂物电梯门锁型式及其动作原理,并通过几起典型检验案例,对门锁结构型式改变、第二锁紧位置安装不当等问题进行讨论和分析,最后提出具体的检验方法和相关建议,以提高电梯的使用安全.The application of service lift is more and more widely,but shear and fall accidents still occur.As the most important safety protection device in the door area,the door interlock has always been the key and difficult point in the inspection.Combined with the requirements of safety technical specifications for special equipment,this paper introduces the common door interlock types and operation principles of service lift.Through several typical inspection cases,it discusses and analyzes the problems such as the change of door interlock structure and improper installation of the second locking position.Finally,it puts forward specific inspection methods and relevant suggestions,so as to improve the use safety of elevators.
