摘  要:锆是一种昂贵的有色金属,锆制压力容器外部构件采用锆-钛焊接结构,可以减少锆材的使用量,降低锆制压力容器制造成本.本文通过对锆-钛焊接性能分析,选用匹配的母材、焊接填充金属,进而制定了合理的锆-钛焊接工艺.试验及检测结果表明,锆-钛焊接接头力学性能符合安全技术规范和标准的要求,锆-钛焊接技术可应用于锆制压力容器外部焊接构件制造.Zirconium is an expensive non-ferrous metal,zirconium and titanium welding structure is applied to the external components of pressure vessels,it can reduce the amount of zirconium and lower the manufacturing cost of zirconium pressure vessels.This paper analyzes the weldability of zirconium and titanium,chooses the base metal and filler metal,and then the reasonable formulation of welding process is determined.The test and testing results show that the properties of zirconium and titanium welding joint fully comply with the requirements of safety technical specifications and standards,zirconium and titanium welding technology can be used in external components manufacturing of zirconium pressure vessels.
