超临界循环流化床锅炉检验要点分析

摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉以煤种适应性广、污染物排放易于控制等优点,逐步成为火力发电的重要组成部分,但是目前并没有形成针对超临界循环流化床锅炉特点的检验方法.因此,本文详细分析超临界循环流化床锅炉的结构、运行方式和失效原理,对比超临界循环流化床锅炉和煤粉炉的异同,总结超临界循环流化床锅炉已有的检验经验,提出超临界循环流化床锅炉检验要点,为保障超临界循环流化床锅炉的安全运行提供一定的参考作用.Circulating fluidized bed boiler is gradually becoming an important part of thermal power generation because of its wide coal adaptability and easy emission control.However,there is no inspection method for the supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzed the structure,operation and failure principle of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler.The similarities and differences between supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler and pulverized coal boiler are compared.The existing inspection experience of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler is summarized.The key inspection points of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler are put forward to ensure the safe operation of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler.
