浅谈道路运输液体危险货物常压罐式车辆定期检验的相关问题

摘　　要：道路运输液体危险货物常压罐车是石油、石化行业的重要交通工具,常压危化品罐车的定期检验十分重要.本文从法规、标准角度分析了目前常压危化品罐车定期检验法规体系等方面存在的问题,提出了明确常压危化品罐车罐体检验机构,完善出厂检验、定期检验国家标准,以及建立危化品罐体全国信息化监管平台等建议.Road transportation of dangerous liquid goods atmospheric tankers are important means of transportation in the petroleum and petrochemical industries,and periodic inspection of dangerous liquid goods tankers is particularly important.This article analyzes the existing problems in the periodic inspection legal system of atmospheric pressure road tankers for dangerous liquid goods from the perspective of regulations and standards,and puts forward suggestions such as further clarifying the inspection body of atmospheric pressure road tankers for dangerous liquid goods,improving the national standards for factory inspection and periodic inspection,and establishing the national information supervision platform for road tankers loading dangerous liquid goods.
