摘 要:以210 t铁水包为原型建立1∶7的水模型,研究底部倾斜对KR过程铁水混匀现象的影响。研究了铁水包底部倾斜时搅拌桨转速和浸入深度对混匀时间、漩涡、液相中粒子分散和扭矩的影响,并与平底铁水包进行了对比。结果发现,包底倾斜17.5°时,混匀时间较平底时减少30.6%。搅拌桨转速为110 r/min时,浸入深度增加会导致液相中粒子分散变差,倾底铁水包中粒子分散程度优于平底铁水包。搅拌桨转速为160 r/min时,平底铁水包中粒子分散程度优于倾底铁水包。将平底改为倾底后,同工况下扭矩大幅增加。A 1∶7 scaled water model was established for a 210 t hot metal ladle to investigate the effect of bottom inclination on the mixing phenomena in KR process.The effects of bottom inclination angle,impeller rotation speed and immersion depth on the mixing time,vortex formation,particles dispersion,and impeller torque were measured and discussed.The mixing time of the ladle with a 17.5°inclined bottom was reduced by 30.6%compared with the ladle with a horizontal bottom.When the rotation speed of impeller was 110 r/min,the increase of impeller immersion depth led to poorer dispersion of particles in the ladle.The particles in the bottom-inclined ladle were more dispersed than those in the horizontal-bottom ladle.When the rotation speed of impeller was 160 r/min,particles in the horizontal-bottom ladle were more dispersed than those in the bottom-inclined ladle.The impeller torque in the bottom-inclined ladle was greatly increased under the same operation conditions.
