摘 要:针对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司300 t复吹转炉存在顶枪供氧强度偏小、底吹强度弱、终渣全铁含量高、碳氧积波动大等制约炉机匹配、钢水质量提升等问题,借鉴国内外复吹转炉经验,在理论计算、数学模拟研究的基础上,结合现场实际,优化了马钢300t转炉喷头参数,确定了底吹供气强度,对顶底复合吹炼工艺、操作、炉底结构等进行了调整、优化,实现了强底吹下高效吹氧,炉龄超过7000炉,有效底吹近100%,终点碳氧积、活度氧、终渣w(TFe)分别降至13.7×10^(-6)、454.8×10^(-6)、16.66%,磷分配比达124.82,冶金效果显著。The 300 t combined blown converter of Ma’anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has some problems,such as low oxygen supply intensity of the top lance,weak bottom blowing intensity,high iron content in the final slag and large fluctuation of carbon and oxygen equilibrium,which restrict the matching of furnace and machine and the improvement of molten steel quality.Based on the experience of combined blowing converter at home and abroad,on the basis of theoretical calculation and mathematical simulation research,combined with the field practice,the nozzle parameters of 300 t converter in Masteel are optimized,the gas supply intensity of bottom blowing is determined,and the process,operation and bottom structure of the top-bottom combined blowing are adjusted and optimized.High efficiency oxygen blowing under strong bottom blowing is realized,the furnace life is more than 7000,and the effective bottom blowing is nearly 100%.The final carbon-oxygen equilibrium,activity oxygen and final slag w(TFe)decrease to 0.00137,454.8×10^(-6),16.66%respectively.The phosphor partition ratio is 124.82,and the metallurgical effect is remarkable.
