摘  要:光开关荧光聚合物纳米材料在荧光成像、生物传感和数据加密等领域的研究有着重要意义。本论文通过开环聚合首次合成了含苝酰亚胺的聚己内酯(TPDI-PCL)和含二芳基乙烯的聚己内酯(DTE-PCL)。基于荧光能量共振转移(FRET)原理,将TPDI-PCL和DTE-PCL通过共沉淀的方法构建了一种新型光开关荧光聚合物纳米粒子。通过两者合理的比例设计来调控体系的FRET效率,使纳米粒子具有良好的光开关荧光效果。另外,该纳米粒子还具有良好的水分散性,快速的光响应性和优异的光开关可逆性,以及由聚己内酯基质带来的良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,可作为新型纳米探针直接应用于活体斑马鱼的可逆光开关荧光成像。Photoswitchable fluorescent polymer nanoparticles are of great significance in the fields of fluorescence imaging, biosensor and data encryption. In this paper, perylene imide-contained polycaprolactone(TPDI-PCL) and diarylethene-contained polycaprolactone(DTE-PCL) are firstly synthesized via ring-opening polymerization. Based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)principle, TPDI-PCL and DTE-PCL are applied for constructing photoswitchable fluorescent polymer nanoparticles through coprecipitation. By regulating FRET efficiency with a reasonable proportion design,the nanoparticles can achieve a good photoswitching fluorescence effect. In addition, the nanoparticles also exhibit good water-dispersibility, rapid photoresponse and excellent photoswitching reversibility, as well as the good biocompatibility and biodegradability brought by the polycaprolactone matrix, which can be directly used as novel nano-probes for reversible phtoswitchable fluorescence imaging in living zebrafish.
