摘 要:通过冷冻干燥法和后离子交联法制备了一种轻质多孔海藻酸钠/蒙脱土(SA/MMT)气凝胶,其中,海藻酸钠作为多孔气凝胶的骨架固定蒙脱土粉末,蒙脱土均匀分散在海藻酸钠中。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)来表征SA/MMT气凝胶,探究其吸声性能变化。结果表明:冷冻干燥法制备的气凝胶具有多孔结构,随着气凝胶厚度增加,海藻酸钠/蒙脱土气凝胶吸声效果增强,且当SA:MMT=3:7时,气凝胶吸声效果最好。A lightweight porous sodium alginate/montmorillonite aerogel was prepared by freeze-drying and post-ionic cross-linking methods, in which sodium alginate(SA) was used as the backbone of the porous aerogel to fix montmorillonite(MMT) powder, and montmorillonite was uniformly dispersed in sodium alginate. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to characterize the SA/MMT aerogels and explore the changes of their sound absorption properties. The results show that the aerogel prepared by freeze-drying method has porous structure, the sound absorption effect of sodium SA/MMT aerogel is enhanced with the increase of aerogel thickness, and the aerogel has the best sound absorption effect when SA:MMT=3:7.
