摘 要:以苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)和甘油(GLY)为原料,在1,8-二氮杂二环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(DBU)的催化下,经过酯化反应制备了含亲水官能团的高分子材料SMG及其盐溶液(SMGA)。通过红外光谱和核磁氢谱对SMG及SMGA的结构进行了表征,利用TGA、接触角及表面形貌分析等对SMA酯化产物的热稳定性及表面特性进行研究,并通过镜面涂覆实验和抗菌检测对防雾涂层的防雾和抗菌性能进行评价,最后确定了防雾液的最优配方。研究表明,由SMA酯化衍生物所制备的涂层具有良好的光学和热学性质,防雾性能优异,且具有很好的防雾稳定性。A new type of polymer material SMG and its salt solutions(SMGA) containing hydrophilic functional groups were prepared by esterification reaction of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA) and glycerol(GLY) under the catalysis of 1, 8-diazabicyclic [5.4.0] unexam-7-ene(DBU). The structure of SMG and SMGA were characterized by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum. The thermal stability and surface properties of SMA esterification product were investigated through the TGA test, contact Angle test and surface morphology analysis. The anti-fog and antibacterial performance were evaluated by the mirror coating experiment and antibacterial test of anti-fog coating. Finally, the optimal recipe of anti-fogging liquid was determined. The results showed that the coating prepared by esterified SMA derivatives exhibited good optical and thermal properties, excellent anti-fogging performance and excellent anti-fogging stability.
