摘  要:将光固化技术与Pickering乳液相结合,通过扫描电子显微镜即可观察粒子在界面上的吸附行为。探究了油相中加入不同粒径的二氧化硅球形粒子在油-水界面上的竞争性吸附行为。在相同质量分数下,小粒径的球形二氧化硅粒子会优先吸附在界面上,而且会抑制大粒径粒子的吸附。当油相中存在不同粒径、数量相同的球形二氧化硅粒子时,大粒径的球形二氧化硅粒子则优先吸附。棒状二氧化硅粒子以“躺”的方式吸附在界面上。Combining photocuring technique with Pickering emulsion, the adsorption behavior of particles on the interface can be observed by scanning electron microscope. The competitive adsorption behavior of spherical silica particles with different particle sizes onto oil-water interface was investigated.Under the same weight content, the spherical silica particles with small particle size would preferentially adsorb on the interface, and the adsorption of large particle size would be inhibited. When the same number of spherical silica particles with different particle sizes in the oil phase, the particles with larger particle sizes are preferentially adsorbed. The rod-like silica particles are attached to the interface in a "lying" manner.
