2021年绵阳市区县级疾控机构实验室能力建设情况分析

摘　　要：目的 分析绵阳市各区县疾控机构实验室能力建设现状,为疾控机构改革和“十四五”规划提供科学依据。方法2021年通过问卷调查表收集绵阳市各区县疾控机构实验室能力相关的资质、人员、实验室面积、仪器设备和检测项目等相关数据,采用Excel 2010软件进行描述性统计分析。结果 绵阳市县级疾控机构共有检验人员96人,平均10.7人;实验室面积平均值为1 845 m2,实验室面积占总建筑面积平均值为39.04%。A类实验仪器达标种类数为27.78,达标率为71.23%;B类实验仪器达标种类数为31.33,达标率为66.66%。A类检测项目平均开展数81.67项,开展率为69.21%;B类检测项目平均开展数25.89项,开展率为42.44%。结论 绵阳市各区县实验室能力有了一定提高,部分指标仍未达到国家标准。Objective To analyze the laboratory capability of county Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Mianyang city, so as to provide science evidence for disease control institutions reform and 14th Five-Year Plan. Methods In 2021, a questionnaire survey was conducted in Mianyang CDC from the aspects of testing qualification, human resources, experimental rooms,equipment configuration,inspection and testing capabilities,these data was analyzed by Excel 2010software for descriptive statistical analysis. Results There were 96 laboratory professionals in all county CDC of Mianyang city,The average number was 10.7. The average laboratory area 1 845 m2which accounts for 39.04% of the total area of CDCs. The average kinds of instruments and equipment of categories A was 27.78, the compliance rate was 71.23%. The average kinds of instruments and equipment of categories B was 31.33, the compliance rate was 66.66%. The average number of running testing items of categories A was 81.67,the rate running testing items of categories A was 69.21%. The average number of running testing items of categories B was25.89, the rate running testing items of categories B was 42.44%. Conclusions The laboratory capability of county Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Mianyang city is approved, but some indicators do not meet the national standards.
