摘　　要：新文科建设和“一带一路”倡议为外语人才的培养提出了新目标和新要求,培养高素质、国际化、复合型创新人才,可以说是新形势下外语教育工作者的主要任务,这就要求在具体课程的教学内容和教学组织层面都要有所变化和创新。本文试图对俄语报刊阅读课程的培养目标、教学体系与内容、教学方法、考核方式以及如何更好地实现新形势下外语人才的培养等问题进行总结和思考。The construction of new liberal arts and the Belt and Road Initiative have put forward new goals and new requirements for the training of foreign language talents in the new historical period.It can be said that the training of high-quality,international and complex innovative versatile talents is the main task of foreign language educators,which requires changes and innovations in the teaching content and teaching organization.This paper tries to summarize and think about the training objectives,teaching system and content,teaching methods,assessment methods,and how to better realize the training of foreign language talents under the new situation.
