摘　　要：目的 分析北京市艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者及艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)的艾滋病相关压力特征及其影响因素,为今后在该人群开展深入的综合减压干预工作提供参考。方法 2020-06/09使用中文版艾滋病压力量表(CSS-HIV量表)对北京市220名HIV/AIDS病人进行调查,分析艾滋病相关压力及其影响因素,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归。结果 220名北京市HIV/AIDS病人的艾滋病相关压力总分为26.63±15.78,各维度得分分别为情绪压力(7.99±6.27),社会压力(11.45±6.27),工具性压力(7.20±5.11),因感染HIV遭歧视(β′=0.414)、因性取向感到羞耻(β′=0.177)、确诊年份(β′=-0.126)以及稳定收入(β′=0.137)是 HIV/AIDS 病人相关压力得分的影响因素。结论 HIV/AIDS病人的HIV相关压力主要集中在社会压力维度,应重点关注新近确诊、无稳定收入、因感染HIV遭歧视、因性取向感到羞耻的HIV/AIDS病人,建议采取恰当的干预措施减轻其面临的HIV相关压力。Objective To investigate the HIV- related stress and influencing factors among HIV/AIDS patients in Beijing so as to provide reference for integrated intervention.Methods A cross-sectional study investigated a sample of 220 HIV/AIDS patients by using Chinese version of AIDS stress Scale (CSS- HIV) in Beijing from June to September 2020.Independent- samples t tests,one- way analysis of variance and multiple linear regression models were used to explore the influencing factors of the HIV- Related stress.Results The HIV- related stress score was 26.63 ± 15.78 in this sample.Specifically,the emotional stress score was 7.99 ± 6.27,the social stress score of 11.45 ±6.27,and the instrumental stress score was 7.20 ± 5.11.Discrimination due to HIV (β′ =0.414),shame on sexual orientation (β′ =0.177),year of HIV diagnosis (β′ =- 0.126) and stable income(β′ =0.137) were the influencing factors of the HIV- related stress among HIV/AIDS patients.Conclusions The HIV-related stress among HIV/AIDS patients was mainly in the social domain.We should take appropriate interventions to reduce the HIV-related stress among HIV/AIDS patients who are newly diagnosed,have unstable income,and are discriminated against because of HIV and stigmatized due to sexual orientation.
