某清咽含片对大鼠小鼠清咽功效的生理评价

摘　　要：目的 了解某清咽含片对大鼠小鼠清咽的功效。方法 将某清咽含片含量设低(0.75 g/kg·bw)、中(1.50 g/kg·bw)、高(4.50 g/kg·bw)3个剂量组及蒸馏水对照组,给大鼠、小鼠分别经口灌胃连续30 d,采用大鼠棉球植入实验、大鼠足趾肿胀实验、小鼠耳肿胀实验的方法检测相应功效学指标,采用单因素方差分析及Dunnett法分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 本研究高剂量组大鼠致炎后肉芽肿净量(302.26±48.62)mg显著低于对照组(368.12±36.28)mg(t=-2.982,P=0.014);4 h足跖肿胀率(41.27%±8.90%)及6 h足跖肿胀率(44.80%±6.98%)显著低于对照组(53.85%±8.49%;56.54%±9.58%)(t=-2.847,P=0.020;t=-2.971,P=0.014);各剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 该含片对实验动物具有清咽功能。Objective To study the effect of a throat lozenge on throat-clearing function in experimental animals.Methods Low(0.75 g/kg bw,the throat lozenge),medium dose group(1.50g/kg bw,the throat lozenge) and high(4.50 g/kg bw,the throat lozenge) dose groups and the control group(distilled water) were set.Rats and mice were gavaged for 30 consecutive days.Cotton ball implantation experiment and Toe swelling experiment were performed in rats,and ear swelling experiment were performed in mice.The net amount of granuloma and the rate of plantar swelling in rats,the rate of auricle swelling in mice were compared in those groups.One-way ANOVA and Dunnett method were used for statistical analysis,and α =0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results In this study,the net amount of inflammatory granuloma in the high-dose group was significantly lower than that in the control group(302.26±48.62 mg vs.368.12±36.28 mg,t=-2.982,P=0.014).The foot swelling rate in the high-dose group at 4 h(41.27%±8.90% vs.53.85% ± 8.49%,t=-2.847,P=0.020) and 6 h(44.80% ± 6.98% vs.56.54% ± 9.58%,t=-2.971,P=0.014) were significantly lower than those in the control group.However,there was no significant difference in the rate of auricle swelling between the different dose groups and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The throat lozenge had the function of throat-clearing in experimental animals.
