摘　　要：目的 分析中国疾病预防控制中心2016年以来发表论文的学术影响力,以进一步推动疾控科研高效、可持续发展。方法 利用Web of Science提供的文献计量学统计功能及Excel 2010软件对2016—2021年中国疾病预防控制中心收录于web of science SCI-E数据库的论文发表数量、高被引论文、顶尖杂志发表论文、合作情况及研究领域等进行分析,并用CiteSpace 5.8.R2软件做关键词共现分析。结果 2016年以来,中国疾病预防控制中心共发表期刊文章4 925篇,共被引132 110次,篇均被引26.8次。其中以第一作者或通信作者发表论文3 068篇,高被引论文134篇,在顶尖杂志发表论文99篇。中国疾病预防控制中心与175个国家或地区合作发表论文,主要合作国家为美国、澳大利亚、英国等。研究方向广泛,在传染病防控方面研究优势较为明显,主要立足疾病防控的关键问题,紧密围绕着疾病的发病、流行及其危险因素等开展研究。结论 中国疾病预防控制中心年度发文量总体呈上升趋势,论文发表质量较高,国际合作广泛,影响力不断提高,产生了一些有显示度的标志性成果,但学科间发展不够均衡,成果转化仍需加强。Objective To analyze the academic impact of papers published by the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention(China CDC) since 2016,and to further promote the efficient and sustainable development of researches in CDC.Methods The bibliometric statistics function provided by Web of Science and Excel 2020 software were used to analyze the number of published papers,highly cited papers,papers published in top journals,cooperation and research fields in Web of Science SCI-E database of China CDC.Citespace 5.8.R2 was used for keyword co-appearance analysis.Results Since 2016,the China CDC had published 4 925 journal papers,which had been cited 132 110 times,and each paper was cited an average of 26.8 times.Among them,3 068papers were published as the first author or corresponding author.A total of 134 papers were highly cited,and 99 papers were published in top journals.China CDC had cooperated with 175 countries or regions,mainly including the United States,Australia,and the United Kingdom.The research had a wide range of research directions,with obvious research advantages in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.The research mainly focused on the key issues of disease prevention and control,and closely focused on the incidence,prevalence,and risk factors of diseases.Conclusions The annual number of papers published by China CDC showed an overall upward trend.The quality of papers was high and the international cooperation was extensive.The influence increased,and some iconic results were produced.However,the inter-disciplinary development was not balanced.The transformation of achievements still needs to be strengthened.
