摘　　要：本文介绍了一种钟罩和音速喷嘴做标准的可用于气体流量仪表检测的流量标准装置,该装置可以校准各种用于环境监测的以大气为恒压源的大气采样器等流量计,整个装置主要由:稳压(负压)气源系统、音速喷嘴计量组、温度平衡系统、钟罩式气体流量标准装置组、被检采样器管线连接、控制系统组成。The paper introduces a kind of flow standard device which can be used for gas flow meter detection with bell jar and sonic nozzle as the standard. The device can calibrate various flowmeters such as atmospheric sampler used for environmental monitoring.The whole device mainly consists of pressure stabilizing(negative pressure) gas source system, sonic nozzle metering group,temperature balance system, bell jar type gas flow standard device group, sampler pipeline connection, control system.
