专利产出对高技术产业创新价值链的贡献分析——基于灰色关联分析法

摘　　要：2020年专利法最新修订版提出,专利产出高质量发展,2021年6月正式实施。因此,专利产出对高技术产业创新价值链的贡献成为备受关注的焦点。通过运用灰色关联分析法研究专利申请数、专利有效授权数对创新价值链各测度指标的贡献,对于提升技术创新、产品创新、生产创新和经济效益产出极具应用价值。以2010-2020年的高技术产业统计年鉴数据为研究样本,结果发现,专利申请数与新产品经费开发支出存在高度关联,专利有效授权数与技术合同成交额、技术市场成交额存在较高关联度,从而为创新价值链过程中的研发和成果转化提供有益启示。The latest revision of the Patent Law in 2020 proposes high-quality development of patent output.It will be implemented in June 2021.Therefore, the contribution of patent output to high-tech industry innovation value chain has become the focus of attention.The contribution of patent application number and patent effective authorization number to each measure index of innovation value chain is studied by using grey correlation analysis method.This is of great application value for promoting technological innovation, product innovation, production innovation and economic efficiency output.Based on the data of statistical yearbook of High-tech Industry from 2010 to 2020,the results show that the number of patent applications is highly correlated with the development expenditure of new products.There is a high correlation between the number of patent valid authorization and the turnover of technology contract and technology market.Therefore, it provides beneficial enlightenment for R&D and achievement transformation in the process of innovation value chain.
