摘　　要：档案交接管理工作是机构改革组织实施阶段的一项重要环节。在论述本轮机构改革档案交接背景及其重要性的基础上,深入分析了档案交接工作中存在突出问题,提出档案规范交接的应对策略和应把握的几个方面,供机构改革组织实施阶段档案管理部门、档案馆和涉改单位(部门)参考借鉴。Archives handover management is an important link in the organization and implementation stage of institutional reform.On the basis of discussing the background and importance of archives handover in this round of institutional reform, this paper deeply analyzes the prominent problems existing in archives handover, and puts forward the countermeasures and aspects that should be grasped in the standardized handover of archives, which can be used as a reference for archives management departments, archives and Reform related units(departments) in the organization and implementation stage of institutional reform.
