摘　　要：单体混凝土开裂是我国建筑工程中普遍存在的质量问题之一,地板裂缝问题不仅影响建筑物的功能,还会降低建筑物的耐用性。文中基于某高层钢筋混凝土框架结构酒店楼面板裂缝实例,通过现场检查、检测以及有限元分析等手段,对楼面板产生裂缝的原因进行了分析,并针对性地提出了相关加固措施。Cracking of single concrete is a common quality problem in many construction projects in China. Floor cracks not only affect the function of buildings, but also reduce the durability of buildings. Based on the example of cracks in the floor slab of a high-rise reinforced concrete frame structure Hotel, the causes of cracks in the floor slab are analyzed and studied by means of on-site inspection, detection and finite element analysis, and the relevant reinforcement measures are put forward.
