摘　　要：市政工程竣工结算时,需严格按照招标文件与合同规定,调整实际发生的变更内容与材料价格,增减工程量与新增价格计算等。文中介绍了市政工程竣工结算审核的意义,阐述了审核依据,提出了几点优化措施。When the municipal project is completed and settled, it must be adjusted in strict accordance with the bidding documents and contract regulations, the actual changes and material price adjustments, the increase or decrease of the project quantity, and the calculation of the new price. This paper first introduces the value and significance of the completion and settlement audit of municipal engineering, then elaborates the basis for the completion audit, and finally puts forward some optimization measures.
