摘 要:以某公司西服定制生产系统为例,介绍了大规模个性化服装定制的生产架构、模块组成和核心技术。实践证明,大规模个性化服装定制生产模式具有消除信息孤岛、保障产品质量、提升生产效率和扩大利润空间的优势。案例分析表明,服装大规模个性化定制生产的关键是产品数字化、人体数据化、生产信息化、管理网络化。生产系统开发和管理平台建设需遵循“以客户为中心、客户参与设计、整体效能优化、以创新为导向”的原则,企业在智能化转型进程中须持续提升数字化、自动化、信息化、网络化的技术应用水平和集成能力,并要应对高投入的挑战。Taking the suit customization production system of a company as an example, the production structure, module composition and core technology in mass personalized garment customization are introduced. Practical practice proves that mass customization has the advantages of eliminating information island, ensuring product quality, improving production efficiency and enlarging profit margin. The case analysis shows that the key of mass customization is product digitization, human body digitization, production informatization and management networking. The development of production system and management platform should follow the principles of “customer-focused, customer participation in design, general efficiency improvement, and innovation-orientation”. Enterprises must continue to improve digitization, automation, informatization Network technology application level and integration ability, and to meet the challenge of high investment.
