摘 要:分别采用紫外线辐照、超临界CO_(2)流体及冷冻干燥对兔毛针织物进行预处理,并对处理后的织物进行酸性染料的染色试验。测试了织物K/S值和上染百分率,探讨了不同处理方法对兔毛针织物低温染色性能的影响。结果表明,紫外线辐照、超临界CO_(2)流体及冷冻干燥处理都能在一定程度上改善兔毛纤维的低温染色性能,处理后样品的K/S值和上染百分率均高于未处理样品。XRD测试结果显示,冷冻干燥和超临界CO_(2)处理降低了兔毛纤维的结晶度,有利于染料上染。The rabbit hair knitted fabric is pretreated by ultraviolet radiation,supercritical CO_(2) fluid and freeze drying,and then dyed with acid dyes.The effect of different treatments on the low temperature dyeing performance of rabbit hair fabric is studied by testing K/S value and dye uptake.The results show that UV irradiation,supercritical CO_(2) fluid and freeze drying could improve the low temperature dyeing performance of rabbit hair fiber to a certain extent,and the dyeing K/S value and dye uptake of treated samples are higher than those of the untreated samples.XRD results show that freeze⁃drying and supercritical CO_(2) treatment reduce the crystallinity of rabbit hair fiber,which is beneficial for dyeing.
