摘 要:采用多次络筒的方法研究棉毛混纺纱毛羽的变化情况,不同捻系数和纺纱方式的棉毛混纺纱在络筒机上进行9次络筒试验,测试络筒1、3、5、7、9次的毛羽数量并观测其毛羽形态。试验表明:棉毛混纺纱的毛羽随络筒次数的增加而增加,增幅呈现先高后低的特点;不同工艺的棉毛混纺纱的毛羽随络筒次数的增幅变化不同,采用较高的捻系数以及紧密纺的纺纱方式时毛羽的增幅较小,说明纱线结构决定了毛羽数量和增幅;在多次络筒后,棉毛混纺纱毛羽中羊毛的含量增加。The hairiness change of cotton wool blended yarn is researched by multi-winding. Nine winding tests are carried out on the cone winding machine for cotton wool blended yarns with different twist factors and spinning methods. The number of hairiness of the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth winding is tested and the hairiness morphology is observed. The test shows that the hairiness of cotton wool blended yarn increases with the increase of winding times, and the increase rate is first high and then low. The hairiness of cotton-wool blended yarn with different processes varies with the increase of winding times. The increase of hairiness with higher twist factor and compact spinning is smaller, indicating that the structure of the yarn determines the number and increase of hairiness. The wool content in the hairiness of cotton-wool blended yarn increases after multiple winding.
