摘 要:采用超声波-角质酶联合处理对涤纶织物进行表面改性,通过同步法、分步法对比研究超声波对角质酶水解涤纶效果的影响。结果表明:超声波/角质酶同步法水解产物的释放量明显高于超声波/角质酶分步法,在反应6 h时超声波/角质酶同步法产物释放量比单一角质酶处理提高了165.2%;角质酶经超声波处理10 h后,其酶活力没有下降趋势。与单一角质酶处理涤纶织物相比,超声波/角质酶同步法处理涤纶织物中酯键相关的C=O和C—O条带强度降低,即表明超声波促进了角质酶水解涤纶部分的酯键断裂,且水解产物种类不变;在反应24 h时反应液中产物TPA和MHET释放量较单一角质酶处理分别增加了40.5%和60.9%。处理前后涤纶织物的热性能无显著差异,说明超声波/角质酶同步法联合处理是一种有效且温和的处理方式。The combined ultrasonic and cutinase treatment is used to modify the surface of polyester fabric, and the effects of ultrasonic on cutinase hydrolysis of polyester are investigated by simultaneous method and step-by-step method. The results show that the release of hydrolytic products by ultrasonic/cutinase simultaneous method is significantly higher than that by ultrasonic/cutinase simultaneous method, and the yield of ultrasonic/cutinase synchronization method is 165.2% higher than that by cutinase treatment after 6 h reaction;After ultrasonic treatment for 10 h, the activity of cutinase does not decrease. Compared with cutinase treatment, the strength of C=O and C—O bands related to ester bond in polyester fabric treated by synchronous ultrasonic/cutinase treatment decreases, indicating that ultrasonic promotes partial ester bond fracture of polyester hydrolyzed by cutinase. The release of TPA and MHET in the reaction solution after 24 h reaction is 40.5% and 60.9% higher than that of single cutinase treatment, respectively. There is no significant difference in the thermal properties of polyester fabric before and after treatment, indicating that ultrasonic/cutinase synchronous treatment is an effective and gentle treatment.
