摘　　要：针对熔融性纱线的整经加工,设计了筒子架自动换批系统。系统的主要功能是利用自动升降的电热切断装置快速批量切断纱线并自动翻转储纱单元。系统设置间隔布排的电热丝,以避免长距离使用电热丝造成过度伸长;使用聚酰亚胺胶带隔离热电偶和电热丝,以排除测温时附加电势的干扰;单独传动每个储纱单元并配置脚踏开关,以提高系统灵活性;采用一只霍尔开关配两只磁钢的方法,节省控制器输入口资源;采用顺序控制设计法,以简化编程和提高可靠性。实际使用效果表明,该系统能缩短换批时间,提高生产效率。For the warping process of fusible yarn, an automatic batch changing system of creel is designed. Its main function involves cutting off the yarn in batch and turning over the yarn storage unit automatically. In the system, electric heating wires are arranged at intervals to avoid excessive elongation and energy waste caused by overlong wires;polyimide tape is used to isolate thermocouple and heating wire to eliminate additional potential interference during temperature measurement;each yarn storage unit is driven separately to improve system’s flexibility;one hall switch with two magnetic steels is used to save the input ports of the controller;the sequential control design method is applied to simplify programming and improve reliability. The practical application results show that the system could greatly shorten the batch change time and improve the production efficiency.
