宣城市经开区水土流失危害及综合治理效益评价

摘　　要：宣城市经开区规划项目涉及道路桥涵、公园、安置房等工程,影响面积大。通过分析,经开区内项目建设可能对水土、市政管网、周围河道、自然景观等产生较大的危害,需采取治理措施。根据工程经验,采取临时防护+植被措施+工程措施相结合的方法对实施项目进行水土流失综合治理,根据未确知测度方法对治理效益进行分析,确定经开区水土流失治理工程综合效益等级为Ⅱ级,治理效果良好。The planning project of Xuancheng economic development zone involves roads,bridges and culverts,parks,resettlement houses and other projects,with a large impact area.Through analysis,the project construction in the economic development zone may cause great harm to water and soil,municipal pipe network,surrounding rivers and natural landscape,and treatment measures shall be taken.According to the engineering experience,the method of combining temporary protection+vegetation measures 4-engineering measures is adopted to comprehensively control the water and soil loss of the implementation project.According to the analysis of the control benefits according to the unascertained measurement method,it is determined that the comprehensive benefit level of the water and soil loss control project in the economic development zone is grade II,and the control effect is good.
