摘　　要：近年来,中国与东盟的合作贸易不断深化,跨境电商发展迅速,跨境电商综合型人才的需求量日益增大。以“梦齐聚”跨境电商共创空间项目为例,探究跨境电商创新创业人才孵化基地建设多元模式和协同机制,旨在为跨境电商综合型人才培养和跨境电商创新创业孵化基地建设提供借鉴。In recent years,the cooperation and trade exchange between China and ASEAN has been deepened and the cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly,resulting in the increasing demands over cross-border e-commerce comprehensive talents is.With the“Dream Gathering”cross-border e-commerce co-creation space project as an example,this paper explores the construction of multiple models and collaborative mechanisms for cross-border e-commerce innovative and entrepreneurial talent incubation bases,aiming to provide reference for the cultivation of comprehensive talents for cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce and the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases.
