摘 要:明胶是一种无毒且可降解的生物质资源,是胶原蛋白的部分水解产物,本质上是一种蛋白质.明胶虽然具有成本低、原料丰富、安全环保等优点,但其机械性能较差、耐水性较低.为了拓展明胶的应用范围,可以通过改性的方法来改善明胶的性能;胶黏剂可以将同种或不同种基材粘接在一起,因而应用在众多领域,与人们的日常生活密切相关.但是,传统胶黏剂的制备及其在使用过程中会挥发出有害物质,损害人们的身体健康且污染环境.而明胶本身具有一定的黏性且绿色环保,是一种天然的胶黏剂材料.基于此,首先概述了明胶的性质,并阐述了其物理改性、化学改性和共混改性等三种改性方法的优缺点,然后综述了近些年来明胶基胶黏剂在木材、皮革、造纸、医药等行业中应用的研究进展,最后对明胶基胶黏剂在未来的发展进行了展望.这将为明胶在胶黏剂领域的进一步开发应用提供借鉴.Gelatin is a non-toxic and degradable biomass resource,which is a partial hydrolysis product of collagen,essentially a protein.Gelatin has the advantages of low cost,abundant raw materials,safety and environmental protection,but its mechanical properties and water resistance are poor.In order to expand the application of gelatin,the properties of gelatin can be improved by modification.Adhesives are used in many fields and closely related to daily life as they can bond the same or different substrates together.However,harmful substances volatilized during the preparation and use of traditional adhesives,which can harm people′s health and pollute the environment.Gelatin itself has a certain viscosity and green,is a natural adhesive material.In this paper,firstly,the structure of gelatin is summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of three modification methods of physical modification,chemical modification and blending modification are described;Then,the research progress of gelatin-based adhesive in wood,leather,paper making,medicine and other industries in recent years are reviewed;Finally,the future development of gelatin-based adhesive is prospected,which is expected to provide a reference for the further development and research of gelatin in the field of adhesive.
