中药外敷联合白及水凝胶敷料应用于压疮的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察中药外敷联合白及水凝胶敷料应用于压疮的临床效果。方法选取在我科住院治疗的压疮患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。两组患者在营养支持治疗的基础上,对照组行传统的压疮治疗,研究组给予中药外敷联合白及水凝胶敷料治疗。比较两组患者的压疮治疗效果及患者的疼痛评分。结果经过14d的治疗,研究组Ⅰ期压疮治疗总有效率高于对照组,研究组Ⅱ期压疮治疗总有效率高于对照组(P>0.05);研究组Ⅲ期压疮治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗7 d、14 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合白及水凝胶敷料应用于压疮的临床效果显著,尤其在Ⅲ期压疮患者的治疗中,可以明显提高治疗总有效率,同时白及水凝胶敷料有助于减轻患者疼痛反应,临床工作中值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Baiji hydrogel dressing applied to pressure ulcers.Methods A total of 80 pressure ulcer patients who were hospitalized in our department from December 2019 to 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group according to the number table method,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of nutritional support treatment,the two groups of patients were treated with traditional pressure ulcer treatment in the control group,and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with Baiji hydrogel dressing treatment.The treatment effects of pressure ulcers and the pain scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of stage I pressure ulcers in the study group was 93.75%higher than that of 88.89%in the control group,and the total effective rate of stage II pressure ulcers in the study group was 95.00%higher than that of 73.68%in the control group.There were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of stage III pressure ulcers in the study group was 93.33%higher than that of 42.86%in the control group and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on the 7th and 14th day of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Baiji hydrogel dressing there are significant clinical effects on pressure ulcers,especially in the treatment of patients with stage III pressure ulcers,which can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment.At the same time Baiji hydrogel dressings can help relieve pressure ulcers.The patient's pain response is worthy of promotion in clinical work.
