摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白质水平对育成鸡肝脏脂肪代谢和胆汁酸(BAs)代谢的影响。将180只体重相近、健康状况良好的14周龄罗曼蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,分别饲喂15.5%高粗蛋白质水平饲粮(CP-H组)、14.5%正常粗蛋白质水平饲粮(CP-M组)、13.5%低粗蛋白质水平饲粮(CP-L组),饲粮其他营养水平一致。预试期1周,正试期3周。结果 表明:1)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对育成鸡的初重(IW)、末重(FW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)的影响不显著(P>0.05)。2)与CP-H组相比,CP-L组育成鸡的胸肌和腿肌脂肪含量、腹脂率、肝脏甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量显著增加(P <0.05)。3)与CP-H组相比,CP-L组血清TC、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著提高(P<0.05),CP-L组血清极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、尿酸(UA)、总蛋白(TP)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与CP-H组相比,CP-L组肝脏石胆酸(LCA)、熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),去氧胆酸(DCA)含量显著增加(P<0.05)。5)肝脏脂肪代谢和BAs代谢相关基因分析结果表明,CP-L组的脂肪酸转位酶(FAT/CD6)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白β(C/EBPβ)基因相对表达量显著高于CP-H组(P<0.05),脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)、载脂蛋白极低密度脂蛋白(apoVLDL)、法尼醇衍生物X受体(FXR)、胆固醇7α羟化酶(CYP7A1)基因相对表达量显著低于CP-H组(P<0.05)。综上所述,13.5%低粗蛋白质水平饲粮对育成鸡的生长性能没有显著影响,但会通过影响肝脏脂肪代谢和BAs代谢,增加肝脏脂肪沉积,从而在一定程度上影响育成鸡肝脏健康。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary crude protein level on liver lipid metabolism and bile acid(BA)metabolism of growing hens. One hundred and eighty hens at 14 weeks of age were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 10 hens in each replicate. The three groups of hens were fed 15.5% high protein level diet(CP-H group),14.5% normal protein level diet(CP-M group)and 13.5% low protein level diet(CP-L group),of which the other nutrients were at the same level.The preliminary trial period lasted for 1 week and formal trial period lasted for 3 weeks. The results showed as follows:1)dietary crude protein level had no significant effects on initial weight(IW),final weight(FW),average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)(P>0.05). 2)Compared with the CP-H group,the fat content in breast muscle and leg muscle,the percentage of abdominal fat,and contents of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in liver were significantly increased(P<0.05). 3)Compared with CP-H group,the contents of TC,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum in CP-L group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of serum very low density lipoprotein(VLDL),uric acid(UA)and total protein(TP)in CP-L group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). 4)Compared with CP-H group,the contents of lithocholic acid(LCA)and ursodesoxycholic acid(UDCA)in CP-L group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the deoxycholic acid(DCA)content was significantly increased(P<0.05). 5)The results of gene expression related to lipid metabolism and bile acids metabolism in liver showed that the gene related expression levels of fatty acid translocase(FAT/CD6),fatty acid synthase(FAS),CCAAT/enhancer binding proteinβ(C/EBPβ)in CP-L group were significantly higher than those in CP-H group(P<0.05),while the gene related expression levels of lipoprotein lipase(LPL),apolipoprotein very low density lipoprotein(apoVLDL),derivatives of farnesol X r
