摘  要:本试验旨在探究瘤胃中合成奇链支链脂肪酸(OBCFA)的前体物与瘤胃液、血浆及牛奶中OBCFA含量的相关性。选择体重、胎次、泌乳日龄和产奶量相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛27头,所有奶牛饲养在同一圈舍中饲喂相同饲粮4周,于最后3 d采集奶牛的瘤胃液、血液及牛奶样品,分别测定瘤胃液中支链氨基酸(BCAA)、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)及OBCFA含量以及血浆、牛奶中OBCFA含量。结果表明:1)瘤胃液中丙酸和戊酸含量与奇链脂肪酸含量的相关性较弱,瘤胃液中支链VFA和BCAA均能在瘤胃液中找到与之具有显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关关系的OBCFA,以上相关关系多属于中等强度相关。2)瘤胃液中丙酸和戊酸含量与血浆中十七烷酸(n-17∶0)含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),瘤胃液中支链VFA和BCAA均能在血浆中找到与之具有显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关关系的OBCFA,以上相关关系多属于弱相关或中等强度相关。3)瘤胃液中丙酸含量与牛奶中奇链脂肪酸含量无显著相关性(P>0.10),而瘤胃液中戊酸含量与牛奶中n-17∶0含量趋于显著正相关(P<0.10)。瘤胃液中支链VFA和BCAA与牛奶中OBCFA存在较弱的相关关系。4)瘤胃液与牛奶中的OBCFA含量具有中等强度的相关关系。由此可见,改变瘤胃中合成OBCFA前体物的含量是一种提高牛奶中OBCFA含量的潜在营养调控策略。This experiment aimed to explore the correlation between the synthetic precursors of odd-and branched-chain fatty acids(OBCFA)in rumen and the content of OBCFA in rumen fluid,plasma and milk.Twenty-seven healthy Holstein dairy cows with similar body weight,parity,lactation age and milk yield were selected,all cows were kept in the same house and fed the same diet for 4 weeks. The rumen fluid,blood and milk samples of the cows were collected on the last 3 days,and the contents of branched-chain amino acids(BCAA),volatile fatty acids(VFA)and OBCFA in rumen fluid and the content of OBCFA in plasma and milk were determined. The results showed as follows:1)the correlation between propionic acid and valeric acid contents and odd-chain fatty acids content in rumen fluid was weak,both branched-chain VFA and BCAA in rumen fluid could find the OBCFA in rumen fluid with significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)correlation in rumen fluid,and the above correlations were mostly medium-strength correlations. 2)The contents pf propionic acid and valeric acid in rumen fluid were significantly positively correlated with plasma nheptadecanoic acid(n-17∶0)content,both branched chain VFA and BCAA in rumen fluid could find the OBCFA in plasma with significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)correlation in the plasma,and the above correlations were mostly weak or moderately strong. 3)The content of propionic acid in rumen fluid and the content of odd-chain fatty acids in milk were not significant correlation(P>0.10),and the content of valeric acid in rumen fluid and the content of n-17∶0 in milk tended to be significantly positively correlated(P<0.10). There was a weak correlation between the contents of branched-chain VFA and BCAA in rumen fluid and the content of OBCFA in milk. 4)There was a moderately strong correlation of content of OBCFA in rumen fluid and milk. In conclusion,changing the content of synthetic OBCFA precursors in rumen is a potential nutritional regulation strategy to increase the content of OB
