摘  要:本试验旨在研究沙棘黄酮对奶牛生产性能、乳中生物活性成分及血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。选取胎次、体重、产奶量和泌乳期相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛30头,按照完全随机区组设计原则分为3组,每组10头。各组分别在基础饲粮基础上添加0 (对照)、 60和100 g/(d·头)的沙棘黄酮。试验期共75 d,其中预试期15 d,正试期60 d。于正试期第1、15、30、45、60天采集乳样测定生产性能和乳中生物活性成分,第1、30、60天采集血样测定血清生化和抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加60和100 g/(d·头)沙棘黄酮均显著提高了泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛的产奶量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加60 g/(d·头)沙棘黄酮显著提高了泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛的乳蛋白率、乳脂率、4%乳脂校正奶产量和能量校正奶产量(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加60和100 g/(d·头)沙棘黄酮均显著提高了泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛乳中溶菌酶、乳铁蛋白、β-乳球蛋白和乳过氧化物酶含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加60 g/(d·头)沙棘黄酮显著提高了泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛的血清总蛋白和胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加60 g/(d·头)沙棘黄酮显著提高了泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、硫氧还蛋白氧化还原酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加60 g/(d·头)沙棘黄酮能提高泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛产奶量和乳成分含量,提高奶牛的抗氧化能力。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of seabuckthorn flavonoids on performance,milk bioactive components and serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes of Holstein cows in mid-lactation.Thirty Chinese Holstein dairy cows with similar parity,body weight,milk yield and lactation period were selected and randomly allocated to 3 groups with 10 cows per group according to the principle of completely randomized block design. Cows in 3 group were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(control),60 and100 g/(d·head)seabuckthorn flavonoids,respectively. The whole trial period lasted for 75 days,the pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days. The milk samples were collected on days 1,15,30,45 and 60 of experimental period to determine the performance and milk biological activity components,and the blood samples were collected days 1,30 and 60 of experimental period to determine the serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 60 and 100 g/(d·head)seabuckthorn flavonoids significantly increased the milk yield of Holstein cows in mid-lactation(P<0.05),dietary 60 g/(d·head)seabuckthorn flavonoids significantly increased the milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,4% fat corrected milk yield and energy corrected milk yield of Holstein cows in mid-lactation(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,dietary 60 and100 g/(d·head)seabuckthorn flavonoids significantly increased the contents of lysozyme,lactoferrin, β-lactoglobulin and lactoperoxidase in milk of Holstein cows in mid-lactation(P < 0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,dietary 60 g/(d·head)seabuckthorn flavonoids significantly increased the contents of total protein and cholesterol in serum of Holstein cows in mid-lactation(P<0.05). 4)Compared with the control group,dietary 60 g/(d·head)seabuckthorn flavonoids significantly increased the activities of glutathione peroxidase and thioredoxin oxidoreductase in serum of Holste
