摘 要:本试验旨在研究在以高精料饲粮诱导亚急性瘤胃酸中毒(SARA)条件下,核桃青皮提取物对绵羊瘤胃发酵及乳酸代谢相关酶活性的影响。选用4只健康、平均体重为(43.3±1.5) kg且安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的小尾寒羊公羊作为试验动物。采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,以精粗比为65∶35的基础饲粮诱导SARA模型后,在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照)、0.125%、0.250%和0.500%的核桃青皮提取物进行饲养试验。4期试验均包含预试期9 d,采样期8 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.125%、0.250%或0.500%核桃青皮提取物对各营养物质表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提高了瘤胃液pH(P<0.05),显著降低了瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丁酸、乳酸浓度与己糖激酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.125%或0.250%核桃青皮提取物显著降低了瘤胃液中氨态氮浓度(P <0.05);饲粮中添加0.250%或0.500%核桃青皮提取物显著降低了瘤胃液中原虫数量和异丁酸浓度(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.125%或0.500%核桃青皮提取物显著降低了瘤胃液丙酸浓度(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.250%核桃青皮提取物显著降低了瘤胃液异戊酸浓度(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.125%核桃青皮提取物显著降低了瘤胃液丙酮酸激酶活性(P<0.05)。由此可见,核桃青皮提取物可通过降低乳酸合成关键酶活性、抑制原虫增殖等途径,减少乳酸、挥发性脂肪酸和氨态氮的生成,从而提高瘤胃液pH,改善瘤胃发酵,缓解高精料饲粮诱导的绵羊SARA。饲粮中添加0.125%的核桃青皮提取物有助于缓解绵羊SARA。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of walnut green husk extract on ruminal fermentation and lactic acid metabolism related enzyme activities of sheep under the condition of subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA)induced by high-concentrate diet. Four heathy small-tailed Han rams with average body weight of(43.3±1.5)kg and installed with permanent rumen fistula were selected in a 4×4 Latin square design. Before the feeding experiment,the SARA model was induced by the basal diet with the ratio of concentrate to roughage of 65∶35. Sheep were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0(control),0.125%,0.250%and 0.500% walnut green husk extract,respectively. Each phase included a 9-day preliminary trial period and an 8-day sampling period. The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 0.125%,0.250% or 0.500% walnut green husk extract had no significant effects on the apparent digestibility of nutrients(P>0.05),but significantly increased ruminal fluid pH(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the concentrations of total volatile fatty acids,acetate,butyrate and lactic acid and the activities of hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase in ruminal fluid(P<0.05);dietary supplemented with 0.125% or 0.250%walnut green husk extract significantly decreased the ammonia nitrogen concentration in ruminal fluid(P <0.05);dietary supplemented with 0. 250% or 0. 500% walnut green husk extract significantly decreased the protozoan number and isobutyrate concentration in ruminal fluid(P < 0. 05);dietary supplemented with0.125% or 0.500% walnut green husk extract significantly decreased the propionate concentration in ruminal fluid(P<0.05);dietary supplemented with 0.250% walnut green husk extract significantly decreased the propionate concentration in ruminal fluid(P<0.05);dietary supplemented with 0.125% walnut green husk extract significantly decreased the pyruvate kinase activity in ruminal fluid(P < 0.05).
