饲喂高比例棉籽壳饲粮对多浪羊反刍行为、瘤胃发酵参数及营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究饲喂高、低2种棉籽壳比例的饲粮对多浪羊反刍行为、瘤胃发酵参数及营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取20只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的多浪羊[(28.0±2.2) kg],按体重均匀分为2组:试验组和对照组,每组10只,分别饲喂高、低2种棉籽壳比例的饲粮,棉籽壳比例分别为58%、20%。预试期30 d,正试期15 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲喂高比例棉籽壳饲粮能够显著增加多浪羊的总反刍时长(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲喂高比例棉籽壳饲粮能降低多浪羊瘤胃氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度,在晨饲后0、2、4和8 h时差异极显著(P<0.01),在晨饲后6 h时差异显著(P<0.05);瘤胃pH有增加趋势,且在晨饲后0~2 h时差异显著(P<0.05);瘤胃丙酸、戊酸和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度有下降趋势,晨饲后2 h时试验组丙酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),在晨饲后0、4和6 h时试验组戊酸浓度显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。在晨饲后的0~2 h时试验组总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲喂高比例棉籽壳饲粮能够显著降低多浪羊的干物质和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲喂高比例棉籽壳饲粮对多浪羊反刍行为和瘤胃发酵参数及营养物质表观消化率具有一定影响。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of feeding high and low proportion cottonseed cotton seed hulls diets on ruminating behavior,rumen fermentation parameter and nutrient apparent digestibility of Duolang sheep. In the experiment,20 Duolang sheep[(28.0±2.2)kg]fitted with permanent rumen fistulas were evenly divided into two groups of test group and control group according to their body weight,and 10 sheep in each group. The proportion of cottonseed hulls were 58% and 20%,respectively. The experimental pre-feeding period was 30 days,and the normal feeding period was 18 days. The result showed as follows:1)compared with control group,feeding a high proportion of cottonseed husk diet could significantly increase the length of total ruminating time of Duolang sheep(P<0.05). 2)Compared with control group,feeding a high proportion of cottonseed husk diet could reduce the rumen ammoniacal nitrogen concentration of Duolang sheep,and were extremely significant difference at 0,2,4 and 8 h after morning feeding(P<0.01),difference was significant at 6 h after morning feeding(P<0.05);the rumen pH had a tendency to increase,and the difference was significant at 0 to 2 h after morning feeding(P<0.05). The concentration of propionate,pentanoate and total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)in rumen showed a downward trend. The concentration of propionate was significant difference at 2 h after morning feeding(P<0.05). The concentration of pentanoate was significant difference at 0,4 and 6 h after morning feeding(P<0.05). The concentration of TVFA was significant difference at 0 to 2 h after morning feeding(P<0.05). 3)Feeding a high proportion of cottonseed husk diet could significantly reduce the dry matter and acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility of Duolang sheep(P<0.05). In summary,feeding a high proportion of cottonseed husk diet has a certain impact on the ruminant behavior,rumen fermentation parameters and nutrient apparent digestibility of Duolang sheep.
