摘  要:本研究旨在探讨复合菌制剂和复合酶制剂对柠条锦鸡儿青贮发酵品质和有氧稳定性的影响,以期为改善柠条锦鸡儿青贮品质、科学开发和利用荒漠地区饲料资源提供科学依据。以宁夏荒漠地区盛花期柠条锦鸡儿为青贮原料,设4个组,分别为对照组(CK组)、添加0.05%复合菌制剂组(F组)、添加0.1%复合酶制剂组(X组)和添加0.05%复合菌制剂+0.1%复合酶制剂组(FX组),每组3个重复。青贮60 d后,测定柠条锦鸡儿青贮的营养成分、发酵特性、微生物数量及有氧稳定性。结果表明:1)FX组青贮饲料中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和可溶性碳水化合物含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),X和FX组青贮饲料总可消化养分含量显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。2)F、X和FX组青贮饲料pH、丙酸含量和氨态氮/总氮显著低于CK组(P<0.05),乳酸含量和乳酸/乙酸显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。X组青贮饲料乙酸含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。F、X和FX组青贮饲料V-Score评分总分均在90分以上,等级均为良好。3)F、X和FX组青贮饲料乳酸菌数量显著高于CK组(P<0.05),FX组青贮饲料酵母菌数量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。4)X和FX组青贮饲料有氧稳定性显著高于CK组和F组(P<0.05)。综上所述,单独添加复合菌制剂和复合酶制剂均可改善柠条锦鸡儿青贮发酵品质,二者联用效果更好。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of compound bacteria preparation and compound enzyme preparation on fermentation quality and aerobic stability of Caragana korshinskii silage,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the silage quality of Caragana korshinskii and developing and utilizing feed resources in desert area. The Caragana korshinskii in desert area of Ningxia at full flowering stage was used as raw material,and 4 groups were set up,including the control group(group CK),added 0.05% compound bacteria preparation group(group F),added 0.1% compound enzyme preparation group(group X)and added 0.05% compound bacteria preparation+0.1% compound enzyme preparation group(group FX),and each group had 3 replicates. After 60 days of silage,the nutrient composition,fermentation characteristics,microbial number and aerobic stability of Caragana korshinskii silage were determined. The results showed as follows:1)the contents of neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and soluble carbohydrate in silage of group FX were significantly lower than those of other groups(P<0.05),and the content of total digestible nutrient in silage of groups X and FX was significantly higher than that of group CK(P<0.05). 2)The pH,propionic acid content and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in silage of groups F,X and FX were significantly lower than those of group CK(P<0.05),while the lactic acid content and lactic acid/acetic acid were significantly higher than those of group CK(P<0.05). The content of acetic acid in silage of group X was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The V-Score total score of silage of groups F,X and FX were all above 90,and the grades were all good. 3)The number of lactic acid bacteria in silage of groups F,X and FX was significantly higher than that of group CK(P <0.05),and the number of yeast in silage of group FX was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05). 4)The aerobic stability of groups X and FX was significantly higher than that of groups CK an
