大型国有企业产学研合作现状及发展建议

摘　　要：大型国有企业不仅是国民经济的中流砥柱,也在国家战略科技发展中发挥重要作用。分析大型国有企业与高校和科研院所合作的必要性和合作现状,并从完善产学研合作体制机制、推动成立科技中介组织、优化科研管理和评价体系等方面提出推动大型国有企业与高校和科研院所合作的建议。Large state-owned enterprises are not only the mainstay of the national economy,but also play an important role in the national strategic scientific and technological development.The necessity and current situation of cooperation between large state-owned enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes were analyzed in this paper.Some suggestions were put forward to promote the cooperation between large state-owned enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes from the aspects of improving industry-university-research cooperation system and mechanism,promoting the establishment of scientific and technological intermediary organizations,optimizing scientific research management and evaluation system.
