摘　　要：在旅游新发展态势下,休闲化成为人们追求的重点。旅游休闲街区作为文化特色鲜明的文化空间,将休闲与旅游融合,契合了深度特色体验旅游的发展趋势。分析旅游休闲街区的内涵、主要特征及形成机制,得出结论:旅游休闲街区主要包括特色商业街区、娱乐休闲街区、历史文化街区;旅游休闲街区具有兼顾主客需求、文化特色鲜明、多元业态融合、时空开放共享等特征;旅游休闲街区的形成与发展是多种要素共同作用的结果,主要包括城市旅游发展、市场需求、文旅融合和政府政策等方面,它们在旅游休闲街区形成过程中分别起到基础性力量、决定性力量、驱动性力量和主导性力量的作用。Under the new development trend of tourism,leisure has become the people’s main pursuit.As a cultural space with distinct cultural characteristics,tourism and leisure block integrates leisure and tourism,which fits the development trend of in-depth characteristic experience tourism.The connotation,main characteristics and formation mechanism of tourism and leisure blocks are analyzed.It is concluded that:Tourism and leisure blocks mainly include characteristic commercial blocks,entertainment blocks and historical and cultural blocks.Tourism and leisure blocks are characterized by giving consideration to the needs of both hosts and guests,distinct cultural characteristics,integration of diversified formats,and open sharing of time and space.The formation and development of tourism and leisure blocks are the result of effect of various factors,mainly including urban tourism development,market demand,the text brigade fusion and government policy,etc.,they are in the process of tourism and leisure blocks formed respectively play a fundamental strength,decisive force,driving power and dominant role.
