摘  要:为开发新的胶囊壁材配方,以κ-卡拉胶、结冷胶、阿拉伯胶、明胶、KCl为烟用胶囊壁材的原料,分析其对胶囊质量及滴制过程的影响,并探讨滴丸形成过程。以胶囊的质量为评价标准,进行正交实验,确定出最佳配方为:κ-卡拉胶∶结冷胶为2∶1、阿拉伯胶添加量为4%、明胶的添加量为4%、KCl添加量为6%。该配方生产1个月,胶囊直径、压力值及外观平均合格率分别为98.7%,98.3%和97.6%,香精释放效果较好,具有工业应用价值。In order to develop new formula for capsule.κ-Carrageenan,gellan gum,arabic gum,gelatin and KCl were used as raw materials for capsule wall materials for cigarettes.The effects of the above raw materials on the dripping process and capsule quality were analyzed,and the forming process of dropping pills was discussed.Based on the evaluating standard of quality of capsule,the orthogonal test was performed.The proper formula is determined as follows:the adding amount ratio 2∶1 ofκ-carrageenan and gellan gum,the addition amount of gum Arabic,gelatin,and KCl are 4%,4%and 6%,respectively.After one month of manufacturing basing on the formula,the average qualified rate of capsule diameter,pressure value and appearance are 98.7%,98.3%and 97.6%,respectively.Fragrance has better releasing effect.It occupies the value of industrialized application.
