三乙醇胺油酸酯/对二甲苯溶致液晶的泡沫性能研究

摘　　要：由三乙醇胺油酸酯与对二甲苯构建溶致液晶;利用偏光显微镜观察溶致液晶的构织;稳态流变检测体系的黏度及溶致液晶的流变行为;通过含气率、半衰期和泡沫高度随时间的变化关系,研究三乙醇胺油酸酯/对二甲苯溶致液晶的泡沫性能。结果表明,三乙醇胺油酸酯/对二甲苯溶致液晶为层状液晶构织;该体系表现为非牛顿流体,有明显的屈服值和剪切稀释性;三乙醇胺油酸酯质量分数为87%时,泡沫最为稳定,完全衰变可达21 h,表明层状液晶泡沫具有优异的稳定性。Lyotropic liquid crystal was prepared by triethanolamine oleate and p-xylene.The texture of liquid crystal was observed macroscopically by polarized light microscope.The viscosity of the system and the rheological behavior of the lyotropic liquid crystal were measured by steady state rheology.The foam properties of lyotropic liquid crystals were studied by the variation of gas content,half-life and foam height with time.The results show that triethanolamine oleate/p-xylene lyotropic liquid crystal exhibits the texture of lamellar liquid crystal.The lyotropic liquid crystal system behaves as a non-Newtonian fluid and has obvious yield value and shear diluency.When the mass fraction of triethanolamine oleate is 87%,the foam is the most stable,and the complete decay can reach 21 h,indicating that the lyotropic liquid crystal foam has excellent stability.
