摘  要:选取常见的5种表面活性剂,开展碳纳米管悬浮液的分散性和稳定性实验,定量分析了超声时长、表面活性剂掺比和碳纳米管浓度对悬浮液分散性的影响,量化了使用表面活性剂的碳纳米管悬浮液稳定性。结果表明:①超声时长对碳纳米管悬浮液的分散性有显著影响,采用功率为270 W的超声处理,超声40 min,悬浮液的分散性趋于平稳;②在平均最佳超声时长下,SDBS作表面活性剂具有最优的分散效果,吸光度峰值达到1.729;③随着碳纳米管浓度的增加,分散性呈波形变化,SDBS和Triton X-100作表面活性剂,均在碳纳米管浓度为6 g/L时,表现出最佳的分散效果;④SDBS作表面活性剂,短期内吸光度值下降较少,有良好的短期稳定性,Triton X-100作表面活性剂,短期内吸光度值下降较多,但7 d后下降较少,有较好的长期稳定性。Five common surfactants were selected to carry out the dispersion and stability tests of carbon nanotube suspensions.The effects of ultrasonic duration,surfactant ratio and carbon nanotube concentration on the dispersion of carbon nanotube suspensions were quantitatively analyzed.The stability of carbon nanotube suspensions using surfactants was quantified.The results showed that the dispersion of the suspension is stable when the ultrasonic power is 270 W and the ultrasonic time is 40 min;SDBS has the best dispersion effect under the average optimal ultrasonic time,and the absorbance peak value reaches 1.729;with the increase of the concentration of carbon nanotubes,the dispersion of SDBS changes in waveform,when the concentration of CNTs was 6 g/L,SDBS and Triton X-100 had the best dispersion effect;when SDBS was used as surfactant,the absorbance value decreased less in the short term and had good short-term stability;when Triton X-100 was used as surfactant,the absorbance value decreased more in the short term,but decreased less after 7 d,so it had better long-term stability.
