摘  要:设计制备了由氧化石墨烯(GO)和超细全硫化丁腈橡胶(VP501)构成的具有插层核壳结构的石墨烯橡胶复合材料GO-VP501,将GO-VP501通过机械共混工艺加入到环氧树脂(EP)中,制备了GO-VP501/EP复合材料。结果表明,当GO和VP501的质量比为1∶4时,与EP相比,GO-VP501/EP复合材料的拉伸强度提高了68%。同时,研究结果还显示GO-VP501/EP的耐热性能也有一定程度的提高。Graphene-rubber composite GO-VP501 with intercalated core-shell structure composed of graphene oxide(GO)and ultra-fine fully vulcanized nitrile rubber(VP501)was designed and prepared.GO-VP501 composite was added to epoxy resin(EP)through the process of mechanical blending.The results showed that when the mass ratio of GO to VP501 was 1∶4,the tensile strength of GO-VP501/EP composites was found to increase by 68%compared with EP.At the same time,the results also showed that the heat resistance of GO-VP501/EP was also improved to a certain extent.
