摘 要:采用静态阻垢法研究了市售阻垢剂PBTCA、PESA单组分和二元复配物对循环冷却水阻硫酸钙垢性能。结果表明,当质量配比为PBTCA∶PESA=1∶4时,复配物(PBTCA/PESA)最优阻硫酸钙垢率达到了96.51%,接近PBTCA的最优阻硫酸钙垢(97.72%),含磷量(以活性组分50%估算)从5.7%降到1.14%,含磷量百分比降低了80%。热重分析表明复配物(PBTCA/PESA)较单一组分阻垢剂稳定性更好;探究了循环水质对复配物(PBTCA/PESA)阻硫酸钙垢性能的影响,结果表明其可以在条件比较苛刻的水质中使用。不同倍数显微镜图像显示添加复配物(PBTCA/PESA)后硫酸钙垢的表面形貌呈规整到疏松化的变化。The performance of scale inhibitors PBTCA,PESA single component and complex component on calcium sulfate scale in circulating cooling water was studied by static scale inhibition method.The result showed that when the mass ratio of PBTCA∶PESA=1∶4,the optimal rate of calcium sulfate scale inhibition of the compound(PBTCA/PESA)reached 96.51%.The optimum resistance of calcium sulfate scale close to PBTCA(97.72%)reduced the phosphorus content(estimated at 50%of the active component)from 5.7%to 1.14%,and the percentage of phosphorus content decreased by 80%.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the compound(PBTCA/PESA)has better stability than the single component scale inhibitor.The influence of circulating water quality on the performance of the compound(PBTCA/PESA)against calcium sulfate scale was investigated.Microscope images at different multiples showed that the surface morphology of calcium sulfate scale changed from regular to loose after the addition of complex compound(PBTCA/PESA).
