摘  要:针对含油污泥成分复杂和难降解的特点,采用电动与微生物技术联合处理含油污泥,探究电场强化微生物技术对含油污泥中石油烃的降解效率。从含油钻屑中筛选出两株石油烃降解菌PCY、PCW,在室温条件下,将两株菌分别以2.5%(v∶w)的接种量加入含油污泥中,并施加电场处理20 d。通过16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定菌株PCY属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.),菌株PCW属于克雷伯氏属(Klebsiella sp.)。电场强化微生物组对石油烃的降解率达31.25%,明显高于微生物组(7.45%)和电动组(14.18%)。结果表明,在电场联合微生物处理含油污泥的过程中,电动和微生物协同作用于石油烃的降解。该研究结果可为电场强化微生物技术处理含油污泥提供参考。According to the characteristics of complex components and refractory of oily sludge,electrokinetics combined with bioremediation were used to treat oily sludge,and the degradation efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons in oily sludge was investigated.Two strains of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria PCY and PCW were screened from oily drilling cuttings.Under ambient condition,the two degrading bacteria was added to oil sludge with 2.5%(v∶w)inoculation amount,and treated with electric field for 20 d.The 16S rDNA sequence analysis result showed that the PCY belonged to Pseudomonas sp.,and the PCW belonged to Klebsiella sp.The degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons by electro-bioremediation was 31.25%,which was obviously higher than that of bioremediation(7.45%)and electrokinetics(14.18%).The result showed that in the process of treating oily sludge by electro-bioremediation,electric field and microbe synergistically promoted the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons.The result can provide a reference for the treatment of oily sludge by electric field enhanced biotechnology.
