摘 要:针对致密气在开采过程中产生的采出水成分较复杂、盐度高、处理成本高等问题,对采出水的处理处置方式进行了对比分析,其中采取回注地层方式处置高盐采出水得到业界普遍认可。针对采出水回注过程可能出现的腐蚀、结垢问题及其成因进行分析,并综述了近年来回注处理的防腐降垢策略。最后对致密气采出水回注地层的处置技术的发展趋势进行了展望。The produced water,generated from the exploitation of tight gas,is characterized by complex composition,high salinity,and high treatment cost.The treatment and disposal methods of the produced water were analyzed and compared.Among those methods,the dispose of high-salinity produced water by reinjection formation is generally accepted by the industry.The problems of corrosion and scaling which may occurred in the process of produced water reinjection were analyzed,and the anti-corrosion and scaling strategies of reinjection treatment in recent years were summarized.Finally,the development trend of the reinjection formation disposal of the produced water was prospected.
