摘  要:采用岛津HIC-20A离子色谱仪对不同品牌芦荟胶化妆品中F-、Cl-、Br-、NO-2、NO-3、SO2-4、PO3-4等7种无机阴离子进行测定,以IC-SA2(G)阴离子交换色谱柱为分析柱,以3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3混合液为淋洗液,流速为0.8 mL/min,温度为25℃,进样量为20μL,在进行多步除杂后,色谱图基线平稳,分离效果好。样品中各阴离子的标准曲线相关系数(R)>0.998,具有良好的线性关系,检出限在0.013~0.054 mg/L之间,加标回收率为89.63%~115.7%,RSD<1.25%。结果表明,5种样品均含有Cl-、NO-3、SO2-4三种离子,其中样品B还含有Br-;该方法快速准确,灵敏可靠,可有效分离、测定芦荟胶化妆品中7种常见无机阴离子。Seven kinds of inorganic anions in aloe vera gel cosmetics,such as F,Cl,Br,NO,NO,SO,PO were determined by Shimazu HIC-20A ion chromatograph.Using IC-SA2(G)anion exchange chromatographic column as the analytical column,the mixture of 3.2 mmol/L NaCO-1.0 mmol/L NaHCO as the eluent,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the temperature was 25℃,and the sample size was 20μL.After multi-step impurity removal,the chromatogram baseline is stable and the separation effect is good.Correlation coefficient(R)of the standard curve of each anion in the sample;and the detection limit was between 0.013~0.054 mg/L.The correlation coefficient(R)of the various inorganic anions in samples was greater than 0.998,it has a good linear relationship,the recoveries were 89.63%~115.7%,and the RSD was less than 1.25%.The results show that all the five samples contain Cl,NO,SO,and sample B also contains Br.The proposed method is fast and accurate,sensitive and reliable,and can be used for the separation and determination of seven common inorganic anions in aloe gel cosmetics.
