解毒利咽汤配合穴位贴敷治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨解毒利咽汤配合穴位贴敷治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法将85例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿随机将分为对照组43例和观察组42例,对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组采用解毒利咽汤配合穴位贴敷进行治疗,对比两组临床总有效率、退热时间、咽痛改善时间及扁桃体充血肿大改善时间。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率97.61%高于对照组的86.04%(P<0.05),观察组退热时间、咽痛改善时间、扁桃体充血肿大改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒利咽汤配合穴位贴敷治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效显著,能够有效改善临床症状,促进尽快康复。Objective To explore the efficacy of Jiedu Liyan Decoction(解毒利咽汤)combined with Acupoint Application in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods 85 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into 43 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Jiedu Liyan Decoction combined with acupoint application.The total clinical effective rate,antipyretic time,pharyngeal pain improvement time and tonsil congestion and swelling improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.61%higher than 86.04%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Liyan Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and promote recovery as soon as possible.
