中医护理在糖尿病足中应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究中医护理在糖尿中的应用价值。方法将河南中医药大学第一附属医院2019年4月—2020年4月收治的68例糖尿病足患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合中医护理。两组均干预15d,比较两组护理有效率、复发率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组护理有效率为91.18%(31/34)高于对照组的67.65%(23/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.12%(32/34)高于对照组护理满意度的70.59%(24/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组复发率6.45%(2/31),低于对照组的39.13%(9/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预糖尿病足能够提高护理有效率和护理满意度,降低复发率。Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in diabetes.Methods A total of 68 diabetic foot patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on this basis.Both groups were intervened for 15 days,and the nursing efficiency,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the nursing effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%(31/34)higher than that of the control group 67.65%(23/34),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34)higher than that of the control group,70.59%(24/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.45%(2/31),which was lower than 39.13%(9/23)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in diabetic foot can improve nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the recurrence rate.
