摘　　要：中风后便秘是患者卒中后常见的症状,不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,处置不当,甚至会诱发二次卒中。对于卒中后便秘的治疗,西药见效快,但其时限短,用药频次高,远期效果不佳;中医药因其独特的优势在临床中逐渐引起重视,针灸对卒中后便秘对症对证治疗,因其操作方便,无明显的不良反应,更是在临床中广泛应用,现就近年有关针灸治疗卒风后便秘的报道进行回顾和浅析。Post-stroke constipation is a common symptom after stroke,which not only seriously affects the quality of life of the patient,improper treatment,and even induces a second stroke.For the treatment of post-stroke constipation,Western medicine has a quick effect,but its time limit is short,the frequency of medication is high,and the long-term effect is not good.Chinese medicine has gradually attracted clinical attention due to its unique advantages.Acupuncture can treat post-stroke constipation in symptomatic and symptomatic treatment.Because of its convenient operation and no obvious side effects,it is widely used in clinical practice.Now we review and analyze the reports on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke constipation.
