摘　　要：目的研究探讨知信行(KABP)模式指导的健康教育联合肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月本院收治的106例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,各53例。对照组给予肾康注射液治疗及常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加KABP模式指导的健康教育干预。评估比较两组患者的肾功能指标、生活质量、遵医行为、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组肾功能指标尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAE)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组遵医行为包括规律服药、戒烟戒酒、规律作息、健康饮食、定期复查等比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为92.45%(49/53),高于对照组患者为75.47%(40/53)(P<0.05)。结论KABP模式指导的健康教育联合肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的应用效果良好,能够改善患者的肾功能各项指标,提高患者遵医行为和生活质量,患者满意度良好。Objective To study the effect of health education guided by Kapp model combined with Shenkang Injection(肾康注射液)in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic renal failure in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given Shenkang Injectionand routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given KABP modelhealth education intervention based on the treatment in the control group.The indexes of renal function,quality of life,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of BUN,SCR,UAE andβ2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of compliance behavior including regular medication,smoking and drinking cessation,regular work and rest,healthy diet and regular review in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 92.45%(49/53),which was higher than 75.47%(40/53)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of health education guided by KABP model combined with Shenkang Injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure is good,which can improve the indicators of renal function and the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients,with good patients’satisfaction.
