摘  要:区域土壤有机碳、氮含量调查在构建全球土壤碳、氮循环的认识中具有重要作用。以河北省实地调查和试验数据为基础,根据162个典型土壤剖面的数据,分析1 m土体中不同土纲的土壤有机碳、氮含量和密度差异及其原因。结果表明,(1)不同诊断表层、诊断特性土壤的有机碳、氮含量及密度值差异显著(P<0.05),有机表层、草毡表层和暗沃表层明显高于其他诊断表层,具有有机土壤物质诊断特性和均腐殖质诊断特性的土壤有机碳、氮含量高于其他土壤。(2)不同土纲的土壤有机碳含量和密度均以0~25.0 cm土层最高,呈现出较明显的表聚现象。1 m土体中,有机土、均腐土和潜育土有机碳含量和密度均显著高于其他土纲(P<0.05)。(3)不同土纲的土壤全氮含量和密度随剖面深度的增加而减少,1 m土体中,有机土、均腐土全氮含量和密度均显著高于其他土纲(P<0.05)。(4)河北省不同土纲1 m土体中土壤C/N介于10~20,有机土、潜育土和均腐土C/N较高,有利于有机碳、氮的累积。河北省不同土纲的土壤有机碳、氮含量、密度和C/N存在一定差异,土纲类型的确定有助于了解土壤有机碳、氮的性质,为合理利用土壤提供关键的基础数据。Regional soil organic carbon and nitrogen play an important role in the understanding of global soil carbon and nitrogen cycles.Based on the field survey and measured data of 162 typical soil profiles,the differences in soil organic carbon content(SOC),soil organic carbon density(SOCD),total nitrogen content(TN)and nitrogen density(ND)in 1 m soil were analyzed and discussed on the scale of soil order,and their causes were discussed.Results showed that there were significant differences in SOC,SOCD,TN and ND in soils with different diagnostic horizons or characteristics.The SOC,SOCD,TN and ND in which those of the Histic epipedon,Mattic epipedon and Mollic epipedon were significantly higher than those of other diagnostic horizons,and SOC and TN of the soils with diagnostic characteristics of organic soil materials and isohumic property were higher than those of other soils.SOC and SOCD under different soil oders were the highest in 0-25.0 cm soil layer,showing obvious surface accumulation phenomenon.In 1 m soil,SOC and SOCD of Histosols,Gleisols and Isohumosols were significantly higher than those of other soil orders(P<0.05).TN and ND of all soil orders decreased with the increase of profile depth.In 1 m soil,TN and ND of Histosols and Isohumosols were significantly higher than those of other soil orders(P<0.05).C/N ratios of 1 m soil of all soil orders in Hebei province ranged from 10 to 20,and C/N ratios of Histosols,Gleisols and Isohumosols were higher,which was conducive to the accumulation of organic carbon and nitrogen.The SOC,SOCD,TN,ND and C/N are different among different soil orders in Hebei,the determination of soil order is helpful to understand the properties of soil organic carbon and nitrogen,and provide key basic data for rational utilization of soil.
